Ariel (Eddie) King

Mr King holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems) from The University of Western Australia. Mr King’s experience includes being a manager for an investment banking firm, where he specialised in the technical and financial analysis of bulk commodity and other resource projects for investment and acquisition.
Mr King is also a director of CPS Capital Group, one of Australia’s most active stockbroking and corporate advisory firms specialising in small to medium high growth companies. Mr King acts as the Executive Chairman of Rubix Resources Ltd (ASX: RB6), the Executive Director of Ragnar Metals Ltd (ASX: RAG), the Non-Executive Chairman of Bindi Metals Ltd (ASX: BIM) and Eastern Resources Ltd (ASX: EFE) plus a Non-Executive Director of M3 Mining Ltd (ASX: M3M), Queensland Pacific Metals Ltd (ASX: QPM) and Noble Helium Ltd (ASX: NHE).
Donald Garner
Non-Executive Director
Mr Garner is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience in the resources industry. He is currently an Executive Director of Iltani Resources, a private Australian based company targeting future facing base metal exploration (including metals such as copper, zinc and tin) and development opportunities.
Previously, Mr Garner was Managing Director, and then subsequently Executive Director, of Red River Resources (ASX: RVR) between 2014–2021. As part of his role as an Executive Director, Mr Garner was responsible for developing strategy and engaging in business development. Whilst he was a Director of RVR, Mr Garner delivered exceptional value for shareholders, transforming the company from an ASX listed shell into a resource company with a portfolio of operating and development assets and a peak market capitalisation of A$200m.
Prior to RVR, Mr Garner held senior executive roles in the resources sector and metals and mining corporate finance. Mr Garner has also worked as an exploration and mining geologist in Western Australia, Russia and Myanmar
Cameron Mclean
CEO & Managing Director
Cameron McLean has more than 20 years’ experience leading and managing a range of commercial activities, including co-directing London business, iBase Limited in the geo-technology sector and as CFO at Snowden Mining Industry Consultants, Kagara Limited and Atrum Coal. Mr McLean has a background in accounting and finance with experience originating at Western Mining in Melbourne. Mr McLean is the founder and major shareholder of the mining investment platform, Mineral Intelligence. Through Mineral Intelligence Mr McLean has facilitated over $100M in mining transactions over the past 5 years. Mr McLean identified, secured and introduced the cobalt and vanadium projects through Ion Minerals of which he is Managing Director.
Simon Coxhell
Non-Executive Director
Simon Coxhell is a geologist with 34 years of diverse experience encompassing all aspects of the resource sector including exploration, resource development, metallurgical considerations and mining.
Over the last 20 years he has had significant corporate experience on ASX listed boards in senior executive appointments and between 2016-2018 led Echo Resources (EAR) as Managing Director/CEO, elevating and growing the company from an 8 million dollar market capitilisation exploration focused company to an emerging gold producer with a maximum market capitilisation of 182 million dollars, centred on the re-establishment of the Bronzewing Gold Mine.
Over a 3 year period developed the gold resource base of Echo from 100,000 resource ounces to a total resource base of 1.7 million ounces of gold, and a maiden reserve of 800,000 ounces, for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 development option, in August 2018. Northern Star purchased a 19% holding on market in late 2018 to become the largest shareholder and in August 2019 launched a succesful takeover of Echo with an implied value of 244 million dollars.
Aida Tabakovic

Miss Tabakovic has over 11 years’ experience in the accounting profession. She holds a double degree in Accounting and Finance and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law. Miss Tabakovic provides services to a number of ASX listed and unlisted companies, specialising in financial accounting and corporate compliance. Miss Tabakovic has also been involved in listing a number of junior exploration companies on the ASX .
