12 May 2020 General Meeting
The General Meeting of Shareholders will be conducted on Tuesday, 12 May 2020 from 9:00am (WST) at Level 11, 216 St Georges Terrace, Perth. Shareholders are not permitted to physically attend the meeting due to the Government restrictions, health risks associated with COVID-19 and social distancing measures still currently in place.
Shareholders are able to attend the meeting via virtual means by joining the live webcast and ask questions which relate to the business of the meeting. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit their questions and comments in writing prior to the General Meeting to info@greatnorthernminerals.com.au.

The Company reminds Shareholders to lodge their directed proxy to ensure their votes are cast. Proxy voting closes at 9:00am (WST), Sunday, 10 May 2020.
